When we joined our Masters program, we expected to be challenged. What we didn't expect was to spend the first months catching up on fundamentals our undergraduate degrees never covered — while simultaneously trying to keep up with advanced coursework.
Students from every background were thrown into advanced courses without the prerequisites. Even Computer Science graduates struggled when assigned thesis topics requiring specialised mathematics never covered in any undergraduate syllabus. But the problem wasn't just academic — we saw it everywhere. Professionals who needed practical IT skills and had nowhere affordable to go. Community members, business owners, and everyday people locked out of digital knowledge because no accessible, responsive training existed.
The result: extended graduations, delayed careers, and communities left behind. Not because people weren't capable — but because the right training was never available when and how they needed it.
In 2026, we decided to stop waiting for someone else to fix it — and built a system that responds to what people actually need, on demand.
